The position reports directly to the Director of Field Operations and will work with other team members in support of the CSN Collision network.  The FOM will work with other departments within CSN Collision and CSN to help CSN Collision stores grow, perform and improve their business operations by leveraging the CSN Collision System, which includes (i) operational support tools, (ii) local and digital marketing tools , (iii) expanding relationships/partnerships with insurers, OEMs and vendors and more.
