General Position Description The maintenance technician will perform a variety of tasks on a 25-acre residential property. The technician will handle basic tasks in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting. The technician will participate in heavy lifting, appliance removal and installation, digging, cleaning, and other manual labor tasks as required.
