We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team and support the day-to-day upkeep of our apartment communities. Our Maintenance Technicians are essential to ensuring a positive living experience for our residents by handling preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance efficiently and with great care. What We’re Looking For: We need a dependable, hard-working technician who can work both independently and as part of a team. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and committed to quality and safety. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with on site manager and property management team. Experience in general maintenance: basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, appliance repair, and drywall required Efficient at troubleshooting and solving problems Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Comfortable using online systems (timesheets, work orders, etc.) PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Able to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, and lift regularly Must be able to lift/move up to 75 lbs Must be able to work on multi-level buildings Comfortable working in a physically active environment REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience in maintenance or similar field Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Vehicle insurance Basic personal tool set Must pass a background check This is a Full Time position in Burien.
