Our Maintenance Technicians are essential to ensuring a positive living experience for our residents by handling preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance efficiently and with great care. What We’re Looking For: We need a dependable, hard-working technician who can work both independently and as part of a team. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and committed to quality and safety. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with on site manager and property management team. Experience in general maintenance: basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, appliance repair, and drywall required Efficient at troubleshooting and solving problems Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Comfortable using online systems (timesheets, work orders, etc.) PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Able to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, and lift regularly Must be able to lift/move up to 75 lbs Must be able to work on multi-level buildings Comfortable working in a physically active environment REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience in maintenance or similar field Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Vehicle insurance Basic personal tool set Must pass a background check This is a Full Time position in Issaquah Renton and Kent. The role includes supervising cultivation staff, managing daily operations, and ensuring adherence to all state and local regulations. Assist with Sales & Marketing. Key Responsibilities Cultivation Management: - Develop and implement cultivation plans, schedules, and SOPs for all growth phases (cloning, vegetative, flowering, harvesting, curing). - Monitor plant health daily, including nutrient levels, irrigation schedules, pest management, pruning, and canopy management. - Ensure optimal environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, CO₂, lighting) using climate control systems. - Oversee nutrient mixing, fertigation schedules, and water quality testing. Staff Supervision & Training: - Manage, train, and supervise cultivation team members. - Assign daily/weekly tasks, ensuring completion according to SOPs. - Foster a positive, compliant, and productive work environment. Compliance & Recordkeeping: - Maintain accurate cultivation logs, batch tracking, and inventory records in accordance with cannabis regulations (e.g., METRC). - Ensure facility is inspection-ready and compliant with safety, security, and sanitation standards. - Document and report any issues, incidents, or plant health concerns promptly. Operational Oversight: - Monitor and maintain all cultivation equipment. - Manage cultivation budget, inventory, and ordering of supplies. - Coordinate with post-harvest teams to ensure smooth transitions between growth stages. Quality Control & Yield Optimization: - Implement best practices to maximize yield, potency, terpene profiles, and quality. - Conduct regular testing and quality assessments. - Stay updated on cannabis genetics, innovations, and industry trends. Sales & Marketing: - Assist with Sales and Marketing. - Assist with sales transactions for compliance & bookkeeping. Qualifications & Skills Required: - 3–5 years of hands-on cannabis cultivation experience in an indoor facility, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. - Knowledge of cannabis plant biology, growth cycles, nutrient management, and IPM. - Familiarity with environmental control systems, hydroponics/soil systems, and advanced cultivation techniques. - Experience with compliance systems (e.g., METRC). - Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. - Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in warm/humid environments. Preferred: - Degree in Horticulture, Botany, or Agricultural Science. - Proven track record of achieving high yields and consistent quality. - Knowledge of strain selection, breeding, and genetic preservation.
