Responsibilities: The Driver’s primary responsibilities are to assemble and deliver orders to clients throughout Long Island and the tri-state area (predominantly Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx) within their respective time frames. The Driver is guided logistically by the Dispatcher. Communications between the Dispatcher and the Driver includes incoming orders to assemble, itinerary updates, ETAs, Delays and/or ETA updates, driver arrivals, issues (i.e. customer’s money is short), quick breaks (food, bathroom, etc.) and all other work-related communications. The Driver is responsible for picking up the orders at 10AM which is when the shift begins. The Driver is responsible for returning the sale amounts collected at the end of shift, which is typically between 7pm - 9pm depending on how busy the day is. The Driver’s secondary responsibilities include side work in the office or running errands for the company during low delivery activity. This includes, but is not limited to, buying office supplies, paying a bill…etc. Looking for a Driver to work from 10am to approximately 8pm (10 hours). Looking for a driver to work 5 days (approximately 50 hours a week). Pay is $23 - $30 an hour (depending on experience) plus tips. Driver provides their own vehicle and gas. Company pays for toll expenses incurred. Lastly, we do not just sell products; we sell a great experience.
