Lawncare Maintenance Foreman (Eagan)

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and working with a team to ensure exceptional quality yard maintenance is achieved. The foundation for delighting customers and progressing with our team comes from: • Attention to detail • Reliability • Time Management • Accountability Requirements: • 3 years’ experience in the lawn maintenance industry • 1 year of prior leadership experience • MN driver’s license with clean record • MN DOT Medical Card or able to obtain one • Excellent communication skills • Works as part of the team supervising a crew at assigned properties • Utilizes a smart phone-based app for daily schedule, attendance, and communication • Must be able to work on your feet for long periods of time • Must be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively • Must be able to bend, stoop or kneel repetitively • Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, and rain • Reliable transportation to/from work Responsibilities: • Ensure truck, trailer and equipment are ready for use • Work as part of the team mowing, blowing, trimming, debris removal, etc.… • Supervise the work of the crew to ensure safety, quality, and productivity • Inspect all work for quality and fix any issues found • Train crew on proper and safe job methods • Conduct daily inspections and maintenance on vehicles, tools, and equipment • Maintain and enforce standards of cleanliness and organization of trucks, trailers, and equipment Interested individuals can visit our website to apply at: https://www.proscapesmn.com/careers
