Job Title: Lawn Maintenance Laborer Company: STRAIGHTLINE LANDSCAPING AND LAWN MAINTENANCE Location: Homer Glen, Illinois Job Type: Full-time Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour (depending on experience) (review and possible pay increase at 30 and 60 day) Straightline Landscaping is an established landscape company. We are a QUALITY driven landscaping and lawn maintenance company with seasonal contracts for guaranteed hours. We are seeking an EXPERIENCED individual with mowing and landscape maintenance using commercial mowing equipment. We service residential, multi-family, and commercial properties. Individual must be motivated, hard-working, and follow instructions. We are located in Homer Glen, Illinois. This is a full time position and possible year round availability. Starting Salary of $17.00 to $20.00 per hour (depending on experience)/(review and possible raise at 30 and 60 day). English/Spanish speaking a plus but not required. Responsibilities: Lawn maintenance crew members are responsible for weekly mowing, string trimming, edging, blowing, weeding, and general clean-up of contracted properties. Must be able to operate: * Stand-on Mower * Walk behind Commercial Mower (36"/48") * String Trimmer * Backpack Blower * Some knowledge of weeds * Assistance in maintaining crew equipment * Keep work area clean * Keep truck and trailer clean and organized Requirements: At least 2-3 years of experience in landscaping field. Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Reliable and responsible, and able to learn company quality A driver's license is a plus, but not required.
