Overview: Maintain, repair and assist in the operation of chairlifts by completing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions and performing training to operators. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employees' job is to get and keep guests. Responsibilities: Ensures proper operation of chairlifts and personnel by completing preventative maintenance of APU's, electric motors and line gear following manufacturers' maintenance manuals; troubleshooting malfunctions and training personnel in the proper operation. Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; and checking for overheating. Removes defective parts by dismantling devices, using come-a-longs, cranes, heavy equipment, rigging, hand and power tools; examining and diagnosing cause of failure and correcting the condition. Maintains equipment, parts and supplies inventory and conserves resources by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipate equipment, parts and supplies and using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results. Prepares operational and maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information. Maintains technical knowledge and continuity. Contributes to team effort by participating in Job Sharing, assuming responsibility for the cleanliness of the resort and safety of guests and employees; participating in safety meetings; accepting diverse assignments; maintain a positive and friendly attitude and demeanor in all internal and external interactions. Meets service level objectives and department goals as set forth by immediate supervisor. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1 year experience with Lifts.

We are looking for experienced Insulation/Weatherization Crew Leaders. Schedule is Mon-Fri 6:30-3:30 +/-, with a possible weekend if you choose to work. We are a retrofit weatherization company, working mainly on residential and occasionally commercial buildings. All employees must report to work at our shop location in Loudon NH, materials and supplies will need to be loaded on the trailers for that day’s work prior to leaving for the job. We provide transportation to the job sites. A DOT medical card would be a plus, as well as any other certifications in this field. We are looking to hire an additional paint shop assistant. We custom make kitchens, vanities, built-ins, closets and many more things. Everything is prepped and spray finished in house. Your daily tasks would be to prep and sand cabinet frames, sand doors, tape off cabinets and get them ready to go into the spray booth. This job is a 40-hour position, 5 days a week. No weekends. We offer ( 4 paid holidays, paid vacation, Anthem health insurance) You must be able to lift 30-75 pounds and have a good eye for detail. We are actively seeking Apartment Maintenance Technicians to join our team and support our clients in maintaining high-quality residential communities. These positions are critical in ensuring the timely and efficient turnover of apartment units, addressing resident work orders, and executing repairs and renovations. Rate of Pay: $26–$28 DOE Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm Requirements: Must pass a background check in accordance with family housing standards Duties include: • Perform full unit turns: Carpentry, drywall patching, painting, plumbing, appliance installs, and non-licensed electrical work • Prepare move-in inspection reports with new and vacating residents • Track key/lock system and change locks as needed • Install and troubleshoot appliances such as dishwashers, ranges, and refrigerators • Provide courtesy services for tenants, including package delivery and routine/preventative maintenance for pool/spa areas Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance, unit turns, and work orders, with skills in plumbing, light electrical, and appliance troubleshooting • Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment • Ability to manage a physical workload while effectively prioritizing and multi-tasking • Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines and completing quality work • Possess basic hand tools to perform daily tasks • Reliable transportation for travel to and from job sites
