Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Fence Supervisor/Lead, the Fence Laborer position is a full-time role that executes the delivery, set-up, and pick-up of temporary fence installations on construction sites and special events. Supporting the larger operations of the company, the Fence Laborer position ensures that all his/her efforts are compliant with the company’s goals, values, and standards. Job Description: The primary responsibilities of the Fence Laborer position include the installation of both chain link and fence panels as per the prescribed layout and design of the Fence Supervisor; creating entry gates for vehicle and pedestrian entry points using privacy screen, sandbags, and various fence posts to support the fencing requirements. Examples of daily tasks are as follows: • Inspect and test the vehicle and equipment daily to ensure it operates safely and correctly. • Ensure truck is loaded with all necessary equipment and materials to complete all work assigned for the day and the load is correctly secured. • Report to assigned job and meet with the customer to review job. • Set fence poles, install fence, and pull fence to specifications. • Ensure job site is free of debris and all equipment is on the truck upon job completion. • Clean the truck and restock needed materials for future fence installations. • Perform duties safely at all times, maintain safe and clean and safe work area, and attend all tailgate and trimester/quarterly safety meetings. The Fence Laborer may also serve as a support to interdepartmental teams needs or service routes and should possess a valid (and in good standing) CA driver’s license (Class C). Here's what you will receive: Pay rate: $30-$32.69/hr Shift: 1st and 2nd shift available PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Industrial Quality Inspector ensures the compliance of products and parts delivered by the facilities. She/he performs inspections, checks, tests, and sampling procedures according to the applicable instructions on maintenance and operation services, and on products during their manufacturing process. S/he validates industrial services control plans. These control plans are written in close relationship with PME (Process & Manufacturing Engineering) teams. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES The Industrial Quality Inspector assists in developing and implementation of quality management system QMS/ QAPP. Quality Specialist will work to continuously improve the existing quality documentation and performing quality assessments/inspections and audits of other departments and quality processes to ensure that requirements are being implemented and followed. Monitors quality assurance program elements for all Departments of Phoenix Site. Performs Quarterly Reviews to verify status of level of compliance, deliverables, department KPIs, correspondence, final reports, contracts, requests for proposals (RFPs), provisions and inspection procedures. Accountabilities & Authorities: Perform quality inspections and ensure product compliance (check after rework), perform RCA for all deficiencies. Performs quality assurance review of document control procedures, distribution, storage and retrieval of documents and training procedures. Communicates with auditee on findings; issues quality action requests/ Nonconformance Reports (NCR) for identified deficiencies and interfaces with the auditee to investigate root cause. Approves corrective action plans based on root cause analysis and monitors effectiveness for compliance. Support teams in self-inspection, delegation of control (training, audit...) and quality inspection in conjunction with the Supervisor. Stop production in case of a defect that justifies mandatory rework. Build, implement & regularly update Quality Control Plans with REX of previous project execution. Act as Site contact/Super user of 8D tool and make sure that 8D tool is updated as soon as new information is available. Control the correct calibration of critical equipment and instrumentation used in the inspections. Participates on a variety of committees as assigned. Provide weekly / Monthly reports as required. Required Skills / Qualifications: Associate's degree, technical major preferred. Must be able to read drawings / specifications and familiar with a variety of test equipment. Minimum 7 years quality inspection experience within Maintenance industry. Awareness on processes and services Knowledge of APM 200 system Knowledge of quality tools such as 5-whys, 8D, Checklists, Pareto Analysis and problem solving.
