We specialize in lawn maintenance, hardscaping, tree care, and custom landscape designs. We are currently looking to expand our team and are seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join us as landscape laborers. Job Description: As a Landscape Laborer, you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and improvement of outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on position that requires physical labor, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities: • Perform lawn care duties, including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing. • Assist with planting, mulching, and maintaining flower beds and trees. • Operate landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools. • Ensure job sites are maintained in a safe, clean, and organized manner. • Follow all company policies and safety protocols. • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or at job sites. Qualifications: • Previous landscaping or outdoor work experience preferred but not required. • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. • Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs). • Strong work ethic and reliability. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Valid driver’s license is a plus. • Ability to operate basic landscaping tools and equipment.
