We are hiring an experienced pipefitter! This position involves a brazing test. Pipefitting duties will include: Lay out, assemble, and install piping systems according to blueprints, specifications, and building codes Cut, thread, and fit pipes using tools such as saws, pipe cutters, and threading machines Braze pipe joints with high precision, ensuring no leaks or structural weaknesses Follow all safety protocols, and keep work area clean and orderly EPA preferred Qualifications of the Pipefitter: Victaulic experience Brazing certificate preferred Preferred 1-2 years of experience in industrial pipefitting with a variety of materials (steel, copper, PVC); HVAC experience preferred Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely, and learn how to operate overhead cranes and forklift Excellent problem-solving skills Benefits/retirement offered

What we need: High School Diploma or GED required, vocational training or technical training program in automotive service technology or a related field preferred. 2-4 years of hands-on practical experience. Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools is essential. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly identify issues and develop solutions is critical. Attention to Detail: Precision in diagnosing problems and making repairs is necessary to ensure vehicles and machinery are operating safely and efficiently. Physical Stamina and Dexterity: often work in physically demanding environments and must be able to handle tools and components comfortably. Organizational Skills: Keeping track of multiple repairs, parts orders, and schedules requires strong organizational capabilities.
