Clean and sanitize work area before end of each day (including shoveling chicken waist as well as discarding chickens that have passed away) Clean and maintain the packing floor area. Clean and wipe down the machines and conveyor. Empty shell collection trays. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Physical Requirements: Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 lbs. Able to stand for long period of time. Able to bend, lift and twist on different surfaces, including concrete.
