This is a resident manager position in a manufactured home park. Strong communication skills are a must and enjoying working with residents is important. You do have to be able to work independently as your duties and schedule very from day to day. There is a small amount of office/paper work daily. You need to be able to plow snow (pickup truck) and riding mower to mow some lawns and common areas. It would be good to have some general maintenance skills.
