Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate crews on all carpentry-related scopes. Price and estimate small jobs. Order and manage delivery of construction materials. Maintain schedules and quality standards. Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Qualifications 5+ years of carpentry/construction experience, with 3+ years in a supervisory role. Experience managing large crews on high-rise residential (100–500 unit) projects. Strong knowledge of wood/metal framing, drywall, cabinets, doors, and accessories. Ability to work across NY, NJ, and CT job sites. OSHA certification preferred.
