Position Overview We are seeking a Hybrid Installer to handle both insulation installation and garage door installation. This is a unique, hands-on role for someone who wants steady full-time work, opportunities to learn, and the chance to be part of a growing company. Responsibilities Install fiberglass and spray foam insulation in residential and commercial projects. Assist in garage door installation, repair, and maintenance. Safely operate tools and equipment. Maintain a clean, professional job site. Communicate effectively with team leads and customers. Qualifications Construction or trade experience preferred (insulation, garage doors, framing, etc.). Willingness to learn both trades. Strong work ethic and reliability. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied conditions (attics, crawl spaces, outdoors). Assistant Project Manager
The Assistant Project Manager leads work alongside our Project Operations and Field Management to foster great client relationships, develop our employees, and oversee the safe construction of high quality, profitable, and on schedule projects.
