High Rise Condominium in Boca Raton is currently interviewing for common area maintenance (not inside individual units). Position requires ability to lift approximately 70 pounds and push dumpsters that weigh approximately 500 pounds or more. Pressure cleaning, painting, basic electrical and plumbing experience. Schedule: M-F 8:00 - 4:30 Starting Pay $22 per hour with evaluation for increase after one year. Must have a vehicle to occasionally pick up supplies from Home Depot etc. IMPORTANT: Before you call please consider the following: Prior maintenance (not janitorial) experience in a multi story high rise condominium is MANDATORY. The ideal person will be currently employed at a high rise condominium in a maintenance capacity and either looking for a change in scenery or opportunity to advance.
