Apartment Maintenance Technician and Drywall/Painter positions available. Positions available in San Fernando Valley area. Monday through Friday. Maintenance - Immediate opening for full-time maintenance technician to float between several multi-family apartment complexes. Looking for a well-rounded candidate with general handyman experience in: * Plumbing repairs including garbage disposal repair/replacement, leaking faucet/toilet repair, etc. * General maintenance including changing doorknobs, locks, replacing toilet seats, filters, etc. * Prepare apartment for turnover including caulking, changing screens, light fixtures, etc. Painter/Drywaller - Immediate opening for experienced painters and drywallers with experience in: * Repair and patch drywall, including filling cracks, holes and imperfections * Apply primer, paint, stains and other finishes to a variety of surfaces * Perform surface preparation tasks such as sanding, caulking and masking Qualifications: * Own basic set of tools for the job * Current California Drivers' License * Proof of auto insurance * Reliable transportation * Bilingual preferred Email resume to sierramanagement209@gmail.com
