Part-time caregiver needed for young male adult with autism. Must be available weekends and sometimes overnight. Reliable transportation and vehicle and valid driver's license required. Job duties include helping the individual with activities of daily living, medication administration, driving, and some light housekeeping. Experience with Autism or special needs is a plus. Live-in weekend option is also available.

The Painter can use spray machine to finish primer and top coat paint. The Carpenter will build, install, and repair forms, structures, and other fixtures made from wood and other materials as needed to assist with various types of projects. We are looking for Handyman services for our company. Must have all tools and equipment associated to perform the following: 1. Minor Plumbing - Detach and reset plumbing fixtures, sinks, toilets, garbage disposals, minor leaks, etc. 2. Minor Painting - Ability to match paint, interiors, trim, baseboards, garages, etc. 3. Finish Work - Ability to cut, install baseboards, door casings, trim, hang doors, etc. 4. Drywall - Ability to patch, hang, float and texture drywall. 5. Electric - Remove and reset ceiling fans, light fixtures, broken bulbs, switch plates, etc. 6. General - Assemble furniture, repair/replace cabinets, drawers, appliances, hang pictures, lock set installation, repair and reset, safety and senior modifications, rent/sales ready, turns, etc. 7. Must have valid drivers, excellent references, reliable transportation and pass a background check. 8. Must be detailed, neat, clean, reliable and work independently. 9. Must be solution oriented, personable, great attitude and is just plain FUN to work with.
