Job Summary: The field technician role is the front line service personnel responsible for keeping our growing portfolio of co-living communities looking great and running smoothly. The goal is to exceed the expectations of our tenants and ensure the homes are operating at peak efficiency and performance at all times. Key Responsibilities: Currently servicing 12 single family homes and (1) 10 unit apartment complex, the field technician will visit these co-living properties routinely and perform the following tasks: Housekeeping 2 times per month, per home – clean all common areas (kitchen, bathrooms, hallways), take out trash and pick up trash around the property. Pest control 2 times per month, per home, spray inside/outside, set & monitor traps Written property inspection once per month, per home - Identify maintenance and repair items and fix as needed without supervision. Complete all maintenance tickets received from the Property Manager. Change HVAC filter once per quarter. Complete room turns, which includes cleaning, item removal, painting, etc. Change door lock codes as needed. Notify management of larger issues that need addressing. Maintain inventory and be proactive with supply requests to the Property Manager. Meet with the Property Manager once a week to discuss schedule and important tasks. *list of duties may change at anytime based on the needs of the portfolio* Work hours are 8:30am – 5:30pm, Mon thru Fri, with weekends reserved for emergencies only. Qualifications: High school education or equivalent work experience Experience with property maintenance a plus Experience with HVAC a plus Clean driving history required to drive Company Vehicle Ability to problem solve and work independently Ability to use technology to manage work order tickets High trustworthiness and dependability Willingness to learn new things Flexibility with a growing company
