Experienced Mold and Water Damage Techs - HIRING IMMEDIATELY! (Granada Hills)

General Contractor/Water and Mold Damage Mitigation; Construction Company looking to hire immediately: Water damage mitigation, mold remediation, demolition crew technicians. Located in the San Fernando Valley area - Granada Hills 91344 This position requires you to be at the office no later than 7:30 am. Punctuality is a must! A typical workday will be between 7:30 am - 6:00 pm Monday - Friday; sometimes Saturdays as needed, with Sundays off. If you live further than 20 miles from 91344, we are located in the San Fernando Valley please apply if you are within the San Fernando Area As part of a team, you will be given specific tasks and directions from your lead supervisor. ***This position is labor intensive*** You will be dealing with water damage loss, mold remediation, demolition, removing flooring, drywall, ceiling material, plaster, tile, cabinetry, etc. The preferred requirements for this position are: • Legally authorized to work in the US via a Work Visa, Green Card, or be a US Citizen • VALID CALIFORNIA DRIVERS LICENSE (If you do not have one, please explain the circumstances); an acceptable driving record is necessary in order for you to be able to drive one of our company vehicles. If you do not have a valid driver's license or clean driving record, you will still be considered but will be unable to drive any of our vehicles. • Prefer that you have your own reliable transportation or be able to get to work on a daily basis without any issues • Must be FLEXIBLE (must be available to work on weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed for emergency services) • Must Speak English • IICRC Certification is a PLUS • Physical ability to easily lift 50 lbs. • ABILITY TO WORK UNDER DIRECTION AND AS PART OF A TEAM • PUNCTUAL AND RELIABLE!
