As the owners, we’ll be working alongside our employees every day, ensuring that you’re supported, respected, and part of something bigger.
We’re building our very first cleaning team and are looking for dedicated, reliable, and positive individuals who want to grow with us from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
-Work in a team of 3–4 to professionally clean and maintain homes. This includes dusting, backpack vacuuming, cleaning kitchens, and bathrooms.
-Use eco-friendly cleaning supplies and company-provided tools
-Deliver high-quality service that exceeds customer expectations
-Represent The Maids brand with professionalism and care
Who We’re Looking For
-Dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented individuals
-Team players with a positive attitude
-Any experience in general cleaning or a similar environment is preferred, but not required.
-Must be physically able to move at a fast pace: up and down stairs, bending and lifting.
-Must pass a background check and drug screen.
