This starts as a part-time role (minimum 25 hours per week) with the opportunity to grow into full-time (up to 50–60 hours per week depending on events). Because most of our events happen on weekends, Friday and Saturday availability is required. Pay: $20 per hour What You’ll Do • Be present for the entire duration of events to handle issues right away (bathrooms, lights, AC, etc.) and make sure everything runs smoothly. • Work extra hours when needed, depending on the event schedule (some weeks will be busier than others). • Stay presentable and professional during events, since you’ll be around guests and clients. • Keep the venue clean and welcoming at all times — bathrooms, floors, and common areas included. • Do light fixes and touch-ups (painting, small repairs, replacing bulbs, tightening fixtures, etc.). • Help contractors or vendors when they come in for work. • Respond quickly to anything urgent that comes up. • After events, help with building upkeep and ongoing maintenance to keep the venue in top shape. • Keep track of cleaning and repair supplies.
