Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake service, tune-ups, and tire rotations. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, engine, transmission, and mechanical issues. Use diagnostic equipment and tools to identify problems accurately. Communicate findings and repair needs to management/customers. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Requirements Proven experience as an Auto Mechanic/Technician. Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs. Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair equipment. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES • High School diploma/GED required • At least 2 years experience with Esko (Packaging and Display Industry experience is ideal). • Ability to understand software maintenance while continuously improving processes. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally. • Strong organizational & communication skills: Writing, Speaking • Ability to recommend and implement customer solutions to drive top and bottom-line improvement. • Ability to handle multiple projects within a fast pace work environment. • Interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment. TECHNICAL SKILLS The individual must have a working knowledge of the following: 1. Read tape measure with speed and accuracy 2. Calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, measurement, volume and rate 3. Apply concepts of high school math 4.
