In this role the Operator would be responsible for running a route, checking parking locations for vehicles in violation of the parking regulations, immobilizing vehicles and collecting payment for removal of immobilization devices. Important skills to have to be successful at this job include: - Good communication and organizational skills. - Be comfortable with technology, websites, apps. -Ability to keep up with a physically active fast paced environment. People who would make a good fit – former military, security guard experience, valet, anyone who likes to drive, hustle, make money, put in the effort and get rewarded. To qualify for this position you must: -Be 21 years or older, have your own reliable and insured vehicle, have a smart phone with internet access. -Be able to pass a criminal background check. -Must be able to bend and lift up to 25 lbs and audit properties for extended periods of time under multiple weather conditions. -Have the ability to work independently and communicate with a team. -Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. -Have the ability to handle stressful situations in a professional manner.
