ShareWe are looking for contractors with experience in general construction work to join our team. Louxz Renovations (215) 792-4518 Requirements: 1. Experience in painting and general contractor work. 2. Own vehicle to travel to various job sites. 3. Responsibility, punctuality, and good teamwork attitude. -Perform light structural work and framing. -Install, repair, and finish drywall (gypsum panels), including sanding and texturing. -Carry out interior and exterior painting tasks. -Assist with basic electrical tasks (outlet, switch, and light fixture replacements, etc.). -Conduct general maintenance repairs and handyman work (patching, adjustments, minor installations). -Maintain clean and safe work areas. Requirements: Previous experience in construction or maintenance (minimum 2 years). Knowledge of framing, drywall, painting, and basic repairs. Basic understanding of electricity (minor jobs). Good physical condition, responsibility, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Own transportation and basic tools (preferable).
