ABOUT THE POSITION: JKL Corporation is hiring for a Porter/Janitorial position in the South Bay (San Jose, CA). This is an entry-level Maintenance Technician role. ABOUT THE POSITION: We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician for our property. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of a team responsible for maintaining efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds. You will work with various building facility issues such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural, and appliances. For larger tasks, you will coordinate with outside vendors and be the eyes and ears of the property management staff.
