Class A Driver – |$32 - 35/ hr. (fremont / union city / newark)

Key Responsibilities: Complete daily Pre/Post-Trip DVIRs and submit for DOT records Follow designated routes and communicate any issues to supervisor Load, secure, inspect, and fuel truck before and during your shift Maintain clean truck and terminal work area for safety Tarp, strap, and chain all loads to meet Federal Cargo Securement rules Report any issues or incidents immediately to supervisor Help fellow drivers during load outs to maintain a safe work environment Keep cargo supplies and paperwork organized Maintain accurate digital DOT logs 🧰 Skills & Experience Needed: Valid Class A Driver’s License 2+ years driving experience (Flatbed & High Cube trailer experience a plus!) Valid DOT Medical Card Must pass TSA Security Threat Assessment & Drug Test Strong sense of urgency and customer service mindset Forklift experience highly preferred Knowledge of FMCSA regulations a must. 📚 Education: High School Diploma or GED required 🔧 Equipment You’ll Use: Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, Tie-down equipment (straps, chains, tarps) ✨ Preferred Qualities: Clean DMV record (No major at-fault accidents or commercial speeding) Strong interpersonal skills and professional attitude Ability to lift/maneuver 50 lbs and properly secure loads Comfortable with long periods of sitting.
