Concrete Laborer

Innovative Concrete, LLC is looking for committed and hardworking Concrete Laborers to join our team. As a Concrete Laborer, you will support the construction team in various tasks related to concrete pouring and general site preparation. This role is essential for ensuring efficient operations and quality results in our residential and commercial projects. In this position, you will assist experienced concrete finishers and foremen with the setup, pouring, and finishing of concrete, as well as maintaining a clean and organized job site. The ideal candidate is reliable, motivated, and willing to learn the necessary skills to excel in the concrete industry.   Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and cleaning job sites prior to concrete work. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment relevant to concrete tasks. Support the mixing and pouring of concrete according to specifications. Perform general tasks such as leveling, smoothing, and shaping concrete under supervision. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a successful workflow. Help maintain equipment and tools in good working condition. Requirements Qualifications:. Basic knowledge of concrete construction practices is a must. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors. Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Valid driver's license is preferred. Must be able to pass a drug screening and comply with company safety policies.
