As a 1099 contractor you will be paid a percentage of the job and that generally works out to be anywhere from 17-22 an hour depending on your speed. We require you to have a RELIABLE VEHICLE and VALID drivers license. EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED AND REFERENCES WILL BE VERIFIED. We need people that are ready, willing and able to work WITHOUT personal problems and drama. We do not work weekends unless you want an extra job now and again. We are a FAST PACED and SUPER detailed company, so if you are not fast paced and detailed detailed please do not respond. Must speak English or be fluent as a Bi-Lingual. MUST HAVE OWN EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES....which means, Vacuum, 3 step step stool, cleaning supplies, towels, mops and anything else required to do the job. We are seeking an experienced foreman. Foreman must have experience with complete site development & running heavy equipment. Need to have experience with rough grade to finish grade, parking lots, back of curbs, building pads, ponds. Need to have experience running heavy equipment. Some equipment we use includes grader, dozer, loader, roller, excavator, and mini excavator. Must also be ok with doing some manual labor. Duties could include hand raking, shoveling, and many other laborious tasks. Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation. Pay depends on experience.
