PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Operate CNC machine tools, select and use hand tools, deburr parts Read and comprehend information on blueprints and shop job travelers Use basic precision measurement tools Perform basic quality assurance responsibilities for part production Follow all standardized work procedures and specific instructions given by supervisor Other duties may be assigned. OTHER REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/WORKING CONDITIONS Basic math skills Experience at Machine shop working with Willemin machines Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints and procedure manuals. Strong written and oral communication skills to support business needs in an English-speaking environment. PREFERRED SKILLS Ability to effectively communicate with employees of the organization. Ability to understand how their actions may impact other portions of the business.
