What to Expect as a 1099 Cleaning Subcontractor: ✅ Independent Contractor Role – This is not an employee position. You are responsible for managing your own work and business operations. ✅ Pay Structure – You are paid per completed job, not hourly. Payments are made monthly. ✅ Tax Responsibility – As a 1099 subcontractor, you are responsible for your own taxes. No taxes will be withheld from your pay. ✅ Work Schedule – Morning, afteroon and evening shifts are available. You must be reliable and consistent with your assigned jobs. ✅ Reliability Matters – Subcontractors who call out frequently or receive client complaints will not be a good fit for this position. Requirements: ✔ Previous cleaning experience is required. ✔ Must have reliable transportation to job sites. ✔ Ability to work independently and complete jobs efficiently and professionally. ✔ Must be dependable and consistent with job performance.
