We are seeking a seeking a career-oriented, skilled employee for our full-time Warehouse Associate position in the Palm Springs area. This position requires working in a refrigerated environment and on weekends, so flexibility is a must. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (others may be assigned) • Working in our walk-in cooler (refrigerated environment) to pull, process & box customers’ orders for delivery • Off-load weekly delivery to Warehouse • Ensure walk in cooler and back storage area clean and organized, with the correct BIN numbers, and properly rotated • Always maintain a proper temperature of the product • Ensures proper rotation of product Requirements: • Open availability/able to work a flexible schedule • Weekend work is MANDATORY • Minimum of one-year relevant experience • Forklift experience/certification preferred but will train • Must be reliable, punctual, and professional – Lateness & Absenteeism will not be tolerated • Reliable transportation to/from work • Must successfully pass a Pre-Employment drug test Compensation/Benefits: • $17 - 19/hr. compensation based on experience • Comprehensive Medical/Dental plans available after 90-day orientation period • 401K Program with Company contribution • Paid Vacation • Full Time, year-round schedule (Summer months included) Join our team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will play a crucial role in delivering quality service to our customers. This position assists the Resident Manager with the physical maintenance of the project and equipment as it pertains to the common areas, grounds and individual units. Job tasks include but may not be limited to the following • Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community by ensuring that grounds, amenities, building exteriors/interiors, market-ready units interior, walkways, curbs, signage, leasing office, central garbage areas, parking lots and other buildings and common areas are free of debris, trash, graffiti and other items which affect the appearance of the community. All deficiencies and safety issues are reported immediately. • Respond to resident requests for maintenance and service by taking appropriate action to repair and/or restore service within the quality and time standards established by the company. • Ensure that apartments are ready for occupancy by performing any repairs that may require electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, carpet cleaning, painting, patching, texturing, basic apartment cleaning and other miscellaneous equipment maintenance and repairs. • Maintain tools and equipment and ensure that they are in proper working order and request replacements as necessary. • Make sure all outside contractors or subcontractors provide certificates of insurance for workers compensation insurance or waivers when applicable and provide proof of a contractor’s license. • Know the location of the main water line cutoff, all apartment and fixture cutoffs, main gas line cutoff, and the sewer cleanouts. • Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning windows, dusting, emptying wastebaskets, picking up litter, etc. Experience, Knowledge and Skills: • Maintenance experience in the multi-family, hospitality, or similar industry • Competency in residential plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and drywall • Knowledge of and experience in HVAC and carpentry a plus • Customer service experience

I make a bite size pastry and sell them at a bunch of different Markets and Street Fairs. Setting up a tent and your entire space. Most markets are from 8:00 AM until 1:00 PM. I do one market downtown Palm Springs on Thursday evenings from 5:00 PM until 10:00 PM. Prefer some one with experience.
