Position Details: Apartment Maintenance Technician for our Apartment Complexes throughout San Diego: San Marcos, La Jolla, Northpark, Alpine and El Cajon (openings vary and not all these locations have openings). Full Time, Hours and schedule vary between 8:00 am - 6:00 pm (Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday - weekends maybe required. Pay is $25 per hour DOE Applicant should be skilled to do the following: General Maintenance: Execute painting and drywall repairs with finesse Repairs & Installations: Tackle door repairs, sliding closet door installations, and fixture upgrades Plumbing Pro: Master everything from snaking drains to installing dishwashers Electrical Expert: Easily replace outlets, switches, and ceiling fans Appliance Troubleshooting: Handle installations and repairs for garbage disposals, dishwashers, and window A/C units HVAC experience is a plus Requirements: Minimum of 3-4 consecutive years of maintenance experience; we’re happy to train the right candidate in some trades if needed! - Knowledge of basic repair, painting, and cleaning techniques. - Ability to turnover apartment make-ready's in a timely manner. - Must have reliable transportation and tools Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred for enhanced communication with staff and tenants.
