We're booked up for several months in advance and have a stable clientele and cohesive work environment. We love what we do and take a lot of pride in our work. Preferably with experience building fences or decks (but not necessary). We pay well, have full medical and retirement etc. and you'll be a good fit if you're highly productive, stable, and fun to work with. The philosophy I've built my business around is craftsmanship, learning and efficiency. Doing projects well makes for happy clients and a fun/rewarding workday. Most of our work comes from referrals and you can see from our reviews why. I often take on projects that have design challenges or use unusual and unique materials. This means that we'll always be learning new skills. With more standard projects we'll be working quickly to maximize productivity. Your pay (both starting out and going forward) will be directly linked to your skill and productivity. Things like your competency on specific tasks, proficiency and professional knowledge/leadership. You'll see a path to move up in skill and proficiency and a corresponding advance in your hourly pay. You'll be encouraged and expected to advance as quickly as possible. We like to work with intelligent, productive, competent and clever folks.
