ShareSignature Yachts is looking for a boat detailer for our service team. We are a premier power and sailboat dealer that has been located on Lake Union for over 30 years! We are looking for a team player that shows ownership in cleaning and maintaining a fleet of boats. There are other marina and building maintenance duties as well. Car detailers please apply! No boat cleaning experience required but is a huge plus. We provide on the job training for the right team member! Job Duties: • Cleaning, buffing & waxing exterior and interior of boats • Wash boats using cleaning solutions, water, cloths, and brushes • Assisting the service team with basic boat repair • Sanding and Varnishing (we will train) • Ability to learn boat handling for moving boats within our marina • Curious and eager to continue learning boat skills • Other duties may include Marina & Property cleaning/maintenance Physical Demands: • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds (occasionally) • Work demands are rain or shine! Some work is interior. • Job is physically demanding- scrubbing, standing and kneeling. • Ability to prioritize work and keep up with fast-paced environments. Job Requirements: • Great team player that is detail oriented! • The ability to work independently and with little oversight • Proactive, clean, tidy and organized work style • Valid Driver’s License Compensation • Pay range $23-$25 (experience based) • 20-25 hours week. Mostly T-F with an occasional weekend • Potential yearly team bonus • Paid time off (Sick and Vacation days)
