We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Cleaner/Janitor for a part-time position at a large office in Novi, MI. The primary responsibilities for this role include trash removal, sweeping, mopping, restroom cleaning, and dusting. The work is performed five days a week, after 6 PM, with shifts lasting approximately three hours. We offer flexible scheduling. Preferred candidates will have commercial cleaning experience. Additionally, applicants must meet the following requirements: * Be at least 18 years old * Be available for evening work * Be able to work independently * Have dependable transportation * Possess a strong work history * Have a felony-free background * Be able to pass a drug screening * Maintain a neat appearance The starting pay for this position is $18.00 per hour, with a re-evaluation after 90 days and potential for performance-based increases up to $19.00 per hour. This position involves clearing snow and ice at various business locations during and after snow events. Late night, early morning and weekend work are required, depending on the timing of snowfalls. Applicants must be available from the onset of each snowfall until the conclusion of tasks. Employment could lead to a summer position if desired.
