In this role you’ll assemble parts using hand/power tools and basic equipment, follow clear work instructions, and perform in-process checks to confirm specifications are met. You’ll coordinate closely with teammates and your supervisor to keep the line running efficiently and safely. RESPONSIBILITIES • Assemble components and sub-assemblies per documented work instructions and safety rules. • Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures to produce accurate, repeatable results. • Verify part quality through visual checks and basic measurements; escalate issues promptly. • Track progress against the production plan and communicate status or roadblocks. • Keep your area clean, organized, and audit-ready by applying 5S/Lean housekeeping habits. • Support minor troubleshooting and make simple adjustments to improve fit or function. • Collaborate with team members to balance workload and maintain flow. • Follow all policies and PPE requirements; contribute to a safe, efficient workplace. • Pitch in on related tasks to help the team hit daily goals. QUALIFICATIONS • 1–3 years in assembly or similar manufacturing work. • Comfort reading and following written and verbal instructions. • Working knowledge of common hand tools, basic power tools, and simple measuring devices. • Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset. • Clear communicator and dependable team player. • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
