Looking for the right person to join our small but growing construction business. We are a custom design build general contractor and we do alot of outdoor living projects like building decks, concrete work, carpentry, masonry, framing, foundations, landscape etc. We are also expanding into larger projects like custom homes, etc. We need a helper to get projects done faster. Potential to learn many skills, different trades and obtain new skills. Great working conditions outdoors in the fresh air and getting exercise. Looking for flexible, reliable hardworking individual who is trainable, trustworthy, has ability to follow instructions, do high quality work, be detail oriented and take pride in their work. Skills or No skills (we will train). Hours will be 30-40 hours per week on average. (2) short breaks and 30 min lunch break included in pay. No tools or experience required if you fit requirements. Arrives to job prepared: (lunch, water, food, snacks, etc) Takes pride in their work: (no hacks or sloppy workmanship, must strive for perfection everyday) PHYSICAL TRAITS: Inshape & Ability to do labor: Work varies daily, may or may not include unloading materials, carrying materials like bags of 60lb concrete, mixing concrete in wheel barrow, digging trenches, carrying lumber etc Using picks and prybars, shovels and rakes.
