This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has patience, and pays attention to detail. The position combines customer service, garment fitting, and alterations support. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Greet and assist clients with professionalism and courtesy. • Suggest possible alterations and solutions based on client needs. • Register garments at drop-off and maintain accurate order records. • Take basic garment measurements and communicate them to the tailoring team. • Prepare clothing for pick-up, including packaging and order organization. • Support shop operations with tasks as needed. • Provide excellent customer service at all times. ⸻ Qualifications • Previous experience in customer service (required). • Knowledge of alterations, tailoring, or garment fitting (preferred but not required). • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Friendly, patient, and professional attitude. • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple client orders. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
