This is a helper position I advertised a week ago, however responses indicate I was too unclear about the parameters of this job. This is a multi-project position; the first couple of months entails sorting and packing several houses, with downsizing that will require decision making and working on your own. This time period may include the organization of and running a crew for 1 or 2 large yard/garage/shop weekend sales. One critical thing for me is honesty, which is why I want recent references. I’ve advertised what I consider to be a decent local salary as incentive for the person who works for me to stay on task, in other words, work hard. I require a vehicle because I want items dropped off at Goodwill.
