Apartment Maintenance Technician (Foxboro Mansfield)

Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to complete resident work orders, provide preventative maintenance, and complete apartment turnovers. Candidate must have their own set of hand tools, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. Candidate will work as a team across four properties in Mansfield and Foxboro. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Complete work assignments as directed by the Property Manager • Perform various maintenance functions and minor repairs that do not require a license in the following areas: • Painting • Plumbing • Electrical • Appliances • Flooring • Carpentry • HVAC • Shoveling snow • Complete apartment turnovers • Enforce and adhere to company policies, rules, and regulations • Preserve and respect resident and applicant confidentiality • Work patiently, professionally, and cooperatively with residents and staff. Qualifications: • Experience: • Minimum 1 year experience in maintenance, construction, mechanical, HVAC preferred • Experience plowing snow preferred but not required • Physical Demands: • Lift up to 50 pounds • Climb and work on ladders • Work with arms raised overhead • Stand/walk for long periods of time • Climb stairs • Bend at waist and knees to lift boxes, appliances, furniture, shovel snow, etc. Benefits: Competitive health insurance and 401(k) participation offered.
