Responsibilities: 🔹Install artificial grass and turf at residential and commercial properties 🔹Load, unload, and carry heavy materials (rolls of turf, base, etc.) 🔹Assist with digging, grading, prepping, and compacting surfaces 🔹Operate hand tools and small equipment as needed 🔹Follow instructions and job plans from crew leads 🔹Maintain a clean and safe job site 🔹Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with clients 🔹Work efficiently with the team to meet project deadlines Extra bonus points if you have: 🚗 A valid driver’s license 🧠 Prior turf/landscaping experience (but we’ll train the right person!) 🙌 Solid customer service and communication skills 📍 Location: Woodridge, IL US Why our team rocks: We’re not your typical labor job.
