This is a great way to break into the property management industry — no maintenance or construction experience required. 🔍 The Role: Walk and inspect interior units and exterior grounds Take organized photos and clear notes Upload reports into our property management software (AppFolio) Document wear-and-tear, damage, or safety concerns Interact respectfully with residents who may be present during inspections 🤝 Customer Service Counts: We work in people’s homes. You must be kind, calm, and professional during tenant interactions — especially if they're emotional, confused, or concerned. 📱 Light Tech Use: If you can take photos, use simple apps, and follow instructions on a phone or tablet — you’re good. We’ll train you. ✅ What We’re Looking For: Ultra-reliable, punctual, and dependable Detail-oriented and organized Professional attitude with residents Physically able to walk units, stairs, and grounds Valid driver’s license and reliable car Spanish-speaking is a plus (not required) 💡 Don’t count yourself out: You don’t need to be in construction or maintenance to succeed here.
