What you’ll do… You will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities, which may not be an exhaustive list:  Partner with Area Managers to ensure all outdoors spaces of our properties are functional and guest ready Ensuring trash cans are moved from home to the curb for 2x weekly. Returning trash cans from the curb to the home 2x weekly. Turning on/off pool heat for guest arrivals/departures Ensure BBQ grills are clean and propane is full with back up present. Landscape Maintenance: mowing lawns, trimming shrubs and trees, planting flowers, and maintaining flower beds, ensuring that the outdoor areas look neat and well-kept Weed Control: handle the removal of weeds from flower beds, lawns, and other landscaped areas.
