Must maintain a positive attitude, be open to constructive feedback, ask questions, and have excellent communication skills. Must maintain the highest degree of professionalism and integrity, and consistently provide an exceptional honest paint job for all customers. Must be willing to paint and prep in a more environmentally friendly way. Some prior painting experience is preferred. MID-LEVEL PAINTERS: Must meet all general requirements listed above. Must have 2 years or more painting experience in all aspects of painting including: rolling, brushing, precision cut in, all aspects of prep work including taping, plastic and paper coverings, scraping and caulking. Some spray experience preferred. Experience with sanding and stains preferred. Must be an organized, self-starter, able to move quickly and efficiently hustle to meet deadlines. Must maintain a positive attitude, be open to constructive feedback, ask questions, and have excellent communication skills.
