Clean work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls and floors. Assemble, maintain, and break down the dish machine. Wash pots, pans, glassware, and utensils. Perform additional duties including proper receiving, handling & storage of supplies and food. Assist other associates as needed to meet guest's needs.
