As the Writer, you will be responsible for working with the Head of Studio and Head Writer to conceptualize projects and create 60-80 approximate one-minute-long episodes per project. Responsibilities: Production: Travel (when necessary) to help facilitate productions. This includes being on set for 12+ hours/day, sometimes on weekends. Creative: Collaborate with writers, directors, and other creative team members to develop compelling storylines, characters, and themes for the series. Ensure that each episode maintains consistent quality and adheres to brand standards. Reads source material (monthly) for projects. Write 1 ReelShort or interactive live action every 4 weeks. Knowledge of the film and television industry, as well as the romance industry, including current trends and emerging tropes.
