Where You Will Work     Our global headquarters is in Phoenix, Arizona. Several hundred employees support global operations in finance, human resources, information technology, planning and more from the main office, satellite offices or online. As a Hybrid employee, you’ll engage in virtual collaboration as well as attend in-person meetings at our Collaboration Hub in Phoenix or at one of our site locations. There are great neighborhoods around Phoenix, with easy access to a major city, nature, the arts and many more amenities.   What You Will Do Identify system constraints and proactively pursues elimination of them through the continuous improvement cycle. Ensure continuous production is uninterrupted by equipment failures and reduces production costs through development of maintenance methods to improve process efficiency and reliability. Lead others and/or performs root cause analysis of equipment failures. Acts as a subject matter expert as required and assists in the identification and implementation of corrective actions or technologies. Research new reliability processes and identifies methods to predict and improve reliability. Perform onsite evaluation of existing processes and equipment and sets expectations within the department for precision maintenance. Review and establish Key Performance Indices for equipment. Identify PM opportunities and maintenance plans by leading failure mode and effect analysis. Analyze current CMMS data for equipment health indicators and identifies reports to measure health indicators. Proactively develops and provides safety perspective for equipment and processes; makes recommendations of engineering solutions or methods to eliminate hazards. Perform other duties as required. Requirements What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate Engineering discipline and five (5) years related experience in Engineering, OR  Master’s degree in appropriate Engineering discipline and three (3) years related experience in Engineering. Proficiency of MS Office suite including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project  Ability to listen and understand information and ideas and express thought and ideas clearly and concisely through oral and written communication. Customer focused to provide quality service to improve equipment and process reliability.  Knowledge and understanding of reliability centered maintenance practices. Experience with engineering design drawings and schematics  Self-starter with solid integrity  Understand the importance of safety, legality and quality. Preferred Qualifications Experience with asset health management processes of production assets such as; ball mills, conveyor systems, crushers etc. Experience managing and overseeing the governance of complex maintenance strategies across multiple organizations to prevent equipment failures, such as Root Cause Failure Analysis program, Catastrophic Failure Program etc. Serve as a mentor to younger engineers in the principles of maintenance and reliability. The Engineering Tech II will work directly with Company’s customers, internal departments, and external partners to provide and maintain fiber optic services.  In this role, the successful candidate is required to build productive relationships with all team members, client representatives and end customers, while ensuring high quality deliverables are provided in accordance with commitments made to the client throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Description of Requirements: Responsibilities ·        Perform detailed engineering tasks, including analyzing, evaluating, designing, planning, and estimating labor and material for Company’s fiber optic network and systems. ·        Provide a thorough understanding of outside plant fiber optics communications systems. ·        Develop familiarity by reading, understanding, and applying departmental design guides, standards, systems, applicable engineering codes, company policies, and procedures. ·        Utilize various systems to process and report work activities, inventory outside plant facilities, document projects, and perform cost estimates and analysis. ·        Help direct emergency restoration activities required for our outside plant infrastructure.
