We’re seeking a Certified HVAC Technician to join our growing team and support operations across our multifamily apartment communities in Macon, Georgia. If you’re ready to get to work, we’re ready to hire start immediately. 🔧 Job Responsibilities: • Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (split systems, heat pumps, PTACs, etc.) • Perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling units • Replace parts, recharge systems, and troubleshoot issues efficiently • Collaborate with the on-site maintenance team to prioritize work orders • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environments • Document work performed using the mobile work order system ✅ Required Qualifications: • EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal or Type II minimum) • At least 2 years of hands-on HVAC experience • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Ability to lift to 50 lbs and safely use ladders/tools • Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team 🚨 Nice to Have: • HVAC trade school diploma or equivalent technical training • Familiarity with multifamily property systems • Basic plumbing or electrical repair skills 💼 Benefits & Perks: • Competitive hourly pay • Full-time schedule (Monday to Friday) • Stable year-round work at multiple properties Ready to join a company that values your skills and gets things done?
