Description

We are a Melbourne, FL- based software firm specializing in software for the health care industry. We’re looking for a part-time software Trainer and Customer Relationship Manager with flexible hours (min. 20 hours per week). You have experience in training or teaching and will be responsible for delivering training on our software solutions online via WebEx/Zoom/Teams. You will also assist clients with software support queries as needed. This position is not a remote position: you will be working from our Melbourne, FL office. LOCATION: Melbourne, FL HOURS: Part-time with flexible hours (min. 20 hours per week). SALARY: Hourly, dependent on experience. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:  • Continual evaluation of clients’ satisfaction and relationship building • Continual rotating contact with existing clients to see if they need any assistance • Development of all aspects of end user training material including course outlines, presentations, and evaluation materials • Product knowledge expertise including new product rollouts, revisions and releases • Customer support via phone, email, and online meetings as needed • Delivery of training programs both internally to employees and externally to clients • Coordination of on-boarding of new clients. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor's degree (B.A.), college diploma, or equivalent experience plus demonstrated ability and interest in technology • Excellent English skills, oral and written (technical and non-technical) • Excellent customer service, interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette • Commitment to continuous personal and professional growth, coupled with good research skills • Strong attention to detail • Working with web technology. • Able to provide proof of legal status to work in the USA.
